Our Droitwich office was opened in 2010 to provide sales and lettings services in the town and surrounding area. The office markets properties within the historic town that range from leasehold flats to terraces and more sizeable family houses. The Droitwich branch also offers homes in the neighbouring villages in the highly desirable Worcestershire area such as Oddingley, Ombersley, Hampton Lovett, Himbleton and Wychbold. The office is based in the very centre of Droitwich on Victoria Square, very close to the main heritage and information centre, historic baths, and St Andrew’s shopping centre, so advertised houses receive maximum exposure to passing pedestrians.

Call in and see us today and meet our friendly and professional staff.
We have moved 14 times over 46 years so this was not a new experience, we always used an Estate Agent so we have had plenty of involvement with them.
On this occasion we involved 2 E A's, the first was very helpful and friendly and gave us a valuation we were very pleased with.
The second was different to any other we had experienced in all our previous moves, not only did she provide and even higher valuation than the previous E A but her shear enthusiasm for or property, it's position etc convinced us this is the agent we should go with.
The good news and different experience continued with photographs and details taken of the property being exceptional.
Marketing and viewing was carried out with very little involvement from us, our sale was completed, again showing the difference becoming not only involved with the sale but also helping in pursuing our vendor to ensure a smooth exchange /completion.
The final excellent note was, not only did our property sell with Oulsnam, but we actually achieved more for our property than the first E A suggested we put it on the market at!
In conclusion we cannot recommend Oulsnam Team at Droitwich enough, as our experience was exceptional. - Mr L

My husband and I could not be happier with the Oulsnam Droitwich branch. We have never experienced such a high level of customer service from an estate agency before. Each member of Trina's hard working team has shown us professionalism, dedication, patience and they have always been happy to offer genuine advice when making big decisions regarding the sale and purchase of our homes. This office has gone above and beyond our expectations. Thank you so much for all of your help ladies! - Lewis, Andrea and Olivia

The town of Droitwich Spa is located just to the north-west of Worcester and boasts a history that goes as far back as the Roman occupation of Britain. Droitwich is famous for the brine reservoirs that lie beneath the town and which formed the basis of the economy for hundreds of years, especially in the 19th century when the local MP John Corbett industrialised the salt industry and developed Droitwich into a fashionable health resort. Much of the town dates from this time. Today there are excellent transport links with the station offering connections to Worcester and Birmingham, and the M5 running just to the east of the town. There are many sports clubs in the town and a large shopping area around Victoria Square.
Droitwich Spa dates back to the Roman times and has a wealth of history associated with the town. The Romans exported the salt from the town which was of a high commodity back then. The Victorians took advantage of the natural brine and developed the town into a fashionable spa. The strength of the natural brine in the town is second only to the Dead Sea!
The town has an array of charming traditional houses and additionally more modern estates to cater for all tastes and specifications. Droitwich is surrounded by beautiful countryside with highly sought after villages such as Ombersley, Cutnall Green & Oddingley only a short distance from the town.
The town is well placed for the surrounding commuter links of M5/ M42 motorways which is situated 5 miles to the North of Worcester and approximately 23 miles south from Birmingham accessed from the convenient commuter links with the M5 motorway at Junction 5 (from the North) or Junction 6 (from the South).
The Railway Station is just outside the town centre with trains to Birmingham, Worcester, Kidderminster and Stourbridge. It is part of the Western main line which allows access to the North & South of the UK.
The town centre is adorned with attractive medieval churches and half-timbered buildings. A particular eye catching building in Droitwich is that of Chateau Impney. The chateau is a fantastic example of classic French style architecture it was built in 1875 by John Corbett, the Salt King, as a present to his French governess wife. It is now run as a local hotel, banqueting & conference centre.
Shopping in Droitwich is mainly focused in the town centre around Victoria Square, leading to the St Andrew's Square shopping centre and down to the original cobbled High Street. There is a varied array of traditional shops, local pubs. The town also benefits from a local Farmers market which is held every Friday.
The 21 mile canal circuit circumnavigates Droitwich and the route takes in some fantastic scenery and joins the River Severn in Worcester. This historic canal network has recently been restored and will be a great place to walk, cycle and relax. The more recently renovated Droitwich Park Lido is also popular during the summer months.
The Droitwich Spa schools network works on a three tier system, with one high school: (Droitwich Spa High School) being fed by two Middle schools and nine local First schools. Additionally there is the highly rated Dodderhill School which is an independent school for girls from 3 to 16 years.
Nearby is Webbs Garden Centre, which is known for being the Midlands largest garden centre, with something to suit everyone with a green interest.
Also The Jinney Ring Craft Centre at Hanbury is a popular and award winning craft centre, set in delightful old timbered barns and have an array of individual craft studios.
Hanbury Hall is also nearby and is run by the National Trust. The house is a William and Mary style house built in 1701. The beautiful gardens extend to 20 acres with many park walks giving ample opportunity to explore for adults & children alike.
