Guide for Tenants

Have a look at the wide selection of properties we have to let, we are one of the largest letting companies in the West Midlands and will invariably have 75 to 100 properties to let and these will change daily

Choosing the right property

You will know how much you can afford and have a good idea of the area, be aware of transport links and distance to work, if you have children you will need to aware where schools are. Look at the condition in the photographs, as a tenant you want to be able to move into a home you can enjoy living in. If you do need any changes, agree them before you move in.

Viewing your next home

Make sure we have all your contact details and be flexible when you want to view. The best properties go very quickly. Most prospective tenants take about 20 minutes to view choosing whether or not it is the right property. You can make an offer if you think the rent is too high bit it may not be accepted.

Apply

Once you have decided on the property phone us to record your interest and subject to what we say fill in the online application form. Be completely honest to all of the questions as we will take out financial checks. If you don’t disclose something important such as a CCJ it may void the application and you may lose the fee.
