The Government has an aim to install 600,0000 heat pumps by 2028. By achieving this change, it would help so many homes become more energy efficient in the UK. We could change gas boilers for eat Pumps and it would reduce the need to import gas. It has been reported that the highest bills are hitting the over 65’s more as they are more likely to live in older properties, which are less energy efficient than newer builds, they are also more likely to live in detached properties which are less energy efficient than flats and terraced houses. They are paying £611 more a year on average. 

This would hugely help so many people in the UK with their bills as well as becoming more efficient. The money that is reduced on bills could be spent directly across the economy more broadly supporting all businesses.
