Tenants FAQ’s

1) Do you accept housing benefits?
Yes we do subject to the normal referencing criteria.

2) How quickly can I move in?
The turnaround time is generally within 2-4 weeks subject to references and no issues.

3) Do you accept company lets?
Yes we do, as long as the occupier is an employee of the company applying and no as 3rd party as this would be deemed as subletting which we cannot accommodate.

4) Can I take a property without seeing it?
No, all properties must be viewed by the applicant or a friend/family member to ensure it is acceptable for your requirements.
