The ideal applicant will have excellent time management skills, be reliable with a friendly manner and have a passion for property. You will be required to work independently to conduct viewings for a range of properties, own vehicle and smart professional appearance is essential. When not conducting viewings you will be office based.

We are currently seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and hard-working individual for a business administrator apprentice position at our Redditch office.

We will offer a rewarding position for hard working individuals with drive, looking to enhance their career within the property industry.

Your main responsibilities may include:

• Respond to incoming enquires by telephone, e-mail and in person, taking and delivering messages to the team in a timely manner where necessary • Provide admin support in preparing for appointments/printing and collating documents, sending confirmation letters and follow up letters • Prepare documents for clients such as letters, memos, invoices, reports and particulars • Diary management • Maintain appropriate filing systems both electronic and paper • Maintaining the housekeeping of the office

The ideal candidate will be computer literate and have experience in using all elements of Microsoft Office. You will need to be well organised and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You should be capable of working alone as well as part of a team and be able to show initiative. An enthusiasm for the property industry would be particularly advantageous.

This is an apprentice position with full training via QA Limited which will gain you the qualification.
