PART TIME ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT
We are looking to recruit a part-time Accounts Assistant to join our existing team at our Lettings Department based in Barnt Green.
Previous experience in an accounting role is essential, as is a working knowledge of Excel. Good communication skills are required, both verbally and written to deal with any queries.
Your responsibilities will include allocation of rental payments, generation of payments to our landlords and tenants, invoice processing, general accounts administration and reconciliations.

SALES NEGOTIATOR REQUIRED
For our busy and expanding Droitwich Office.
The ideal applicant will have excellent time management skills, be reliable with a friendly manner and have a passion for property as well as having some knowledge of Droitwich. You will be required to work independently to conduct viewings for a range of properties, own vehicle and smart professional appearance is essential. When not conducting viewings you will be office based carrying various Sales Negotiator duties including giving feedback to clients on viewings and arranging viewings. Good IT skills are essential as it the ability to work under pressure.
