Matt has been involved with the financial services industry since 2003. During this time he has undertaken various roles and developed in-depth knowledge which led to the formation of his financial service company - Crystal Finance, in 2012, with his business partner Jacqui Griffiths.

Jacqui has worked within Financial Services for over 19 years, and began working with us here at Robert Oulsnam & Co in 2000, she works closely alongside our Northfield & Bournville Offices on a daily basis.

Kevin Smith

Independent Financial Advisor

Kevin began his career in Financial Services in 2005. Kevin previously enjoyed a successful career at Countrywide, where he started as a Mortgage Consultant, working his way up to Senior Executive Consultant, before joining Hayburn Rock in March 2012.

Emma Tranter

Emma has worked within Financial Services since 2000 initially working within a large corporate bank before moving onto the UK's 5th largest Building Society.  Emma works closing alongside our Rubery, Kings Heath and Barnt Green offices on a daily basis.  

Niall Whitehouse

Niall joined Midas Financial Planning in 2015 as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser, he has previous Mortgage Advice experience. Niall is the in house mortgage adviser at the Pershore Road office.
