Our team can also provide introductions to planners and architects and builders with specialist knowledge and experience of creating new-builds to precise specifications. In the past we have acted on behalf of many developers including Bryant and Westbury and can arrange for sales of land with an eye to develop the plot for housing developments.

We offer parcels of land for ale from single or multiple building plots and sites for comprehensive development.

We also offer paddocks, woodland and fields for rural use.

We are also able to offer advice for development where you have a house or part of a garden you think you might get planning permission. We can advise on the general feasibility and then organise architects or planning consultants to apply for planning permission although there will be a cost for this.

Alternatively it may be possible for specific builders or developers to this work at no cost to you.
