PROPERTY MANAGER required for our very busy Lettings Department based at Barnt Green 

We are seeking a full-time (five days over a six day week) property manager at our Lettings Department and previous experience within the industry is preferable.  The ideal applicant must be customer focused, driven and able to work under pressure.  You will be responsible for looking after over 100+ properties dealing directly with landlords, tenants and contractors with maintenance and other issues.   The role will also include visiting the properties to carry out inspections, so a full clean driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities to include:
Manage routine maintenance issues for a portfolio of properties.
Negotiate end of tenancy deposit releases.
Liaise with landlords and tenants regarding tenancy renewals
Be the main point of contact for landlords and tenants during the tenancy.
Ensure safety compliance and housing legislation is adhered to at all times.
Provide an excellent standard of customer service and build relationships with landlords and tenants.

Skills preferred but not essential as full training will be provided:
Experience: 1-2 years in the industry preferred
Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
Team player with the ability to work alone and under pressure.
Excellent IT skills and time management skills.
