Our positions include surveyors, sales and lettings negotiators, accounts assistants, viewings negotiators, property managers, tenant co-ordinators, and administrators. You will conduct prospective buyers around houses which are both occupied and vacant.

Key criteria are as follows:

  • Clean driving licence and own car
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service
  • Local knowledge of the area (Northfield & surrounding areas)
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Punctual and able to time manage
  • Good people skills

Required for our Rubery office.  The successful applicant will be involved in the sale of houses, administration and conducting viewings.  They must be confident and have good administration skills.  Ideally you will work three to four days a week, from 9am to 5.30pm with days to be agreed.
