ESTATE AGENCY NEGOTIATOR REQUIRED
We are seeking a Full Time Sales Negotiator for our very busy Northfield office
The ideal applicant will have an outgoing and bubbly personality, capable of giving full commitment and being prepared to work hard. Good IT skills are essential as is the ability to work under pressure. Previous experience with the estate agency sector essential.
This is an ideal position for someone with drive and motivation to become a successful sales negotiator with one of the Midlands leading Estate Agents.

FULL TIME LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR REQUIRED
We are looking to recruit a permanent Full Time Property Manager to join our successful, friendly, and hardworking team based in Barnt Green.
Robert Oulsnam Lettings currently have twenty members of staff in the department and over forty-years’ experience in the lettings industry. We manage around 750 properties across the North Worcestershire and Birmingham region and are members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA).
- To deal with all enquires in a polite and efficient manner.
- To be responsible for the registration and qualification of applicants.
- Liaising with landlords and prospective tenants.
- Oversea referencing and to draw up contracts.
- To arrange necessary pre-tenancy works for the letting of a property, this will include Gas, Electric and EPC certificates.
- To assist Property Managers on occasions.
- Ensure housing legislation is adhered to.
- Provide an excellent standard of customer service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent team player with the ability to work alone.
Excellent IT skills.
Competitive salary and commission structure.
Option for further training.
Experience: 1-2 years in the industry preferred.
