PROPERTY MANAGER required for our very busy Lettings Department at Barnt Green

We are looking to recruit a permanent Full Time Property Manager to join our successful, friendly and hardworking team based in Barnt Green.

Our Lettings department is well established with an excellent reputation and extremely busy.  We currently have 20 members of staff in the department and over 45 years’ experience in the lettings industry.  We manage rental properties across the north Worcestershire and Birmingham region and are members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA).

Wide range of responsibilities to include:

Manage routine maintenance issues
Negotiate end of tenancy deposit releases
Liaise with landlords and tenants regarding tenancy renewals
Be the main point of contact for landlords and tenants during the tenancy
Ensure safety compliance and housing legislation is adhered to at all times
Provide an excellent standard of customer service and build relationships with landlords and tenants

Skills preferred but not all essential:

Good understanding of the lettings legislations
Mature outlook with the ability to work under pressure
Calm disposition with initiative and common sense to prioritise and manage a busy workload
Enthusiasm and confidence in your ability
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Excellent team player with the ability to work alone
Excellent IT skills with intermediate Microsoft Office ability
Own car with full clean driving licence
