Full Time Experienced Valuer/Sales Negotiator is required working five days a week Monday to Saturday at our very busy Bournville office.

The ideal applicant should have an outgoing and bubbly personality, capable of giving full commitment and being prepared to work hard. Good IT skills are essential as is the ability to work under pressure.  

You will be required to generate viewings, carry out valuations, and list properties for market.  Liaise with clients and prospective buyers in a professional, respectful and polite manner.  Follow up viewings and generate leads to help office achieve targets.  Own diary management essential with good work ethic being self-motivated and well organised.

PART TIME ADMINISTRATOR/RECEPTIONIST required for very successful Estate Agency sales office in Moseley. 

We are looking for a motivated and hard-working individual to join the team at our very busy Moseley branch to deal with the day-to-day administration of the sales office. 

Ability to work in a fast paced environment, Excellent computer skills,  time management,  excellent telephone manner and attention to detail are essential. Your duties will include editing photographs, creating floorplans, ID checks, ensuring compliance, making sales brochures, answering the telephone, updating files and liaising with clients.

Previous experience within the Estate Agency industry, knowledge of Lightrooms and Metropix would be advantageous but not essential as training will be given.

Hours will be part time – Monday to Friday – 9.00am  til 2.00pm, although we could offer a degree of flexibility around these hours.

Part Time Inventory Clerk required to join our successful, friendly, and hardworking team based in Lettings at Barnt Green.

Robert Oulsnam Lettings currently have seventeen members of staff in the department and over fifty-years’ experience in the lettings industry. We manage around 750 properties across the North Worcestershire and Birmingham region and are members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA).

Duties to include

  • Carry out detailed inventory and checkout reports.
  • Carry out property inspections and viewing appointments.
  • Assist with email and telephone enquiries.
  • Book viewing appointments.
  • Assess applications.
  • To deal with all enquires in a polite and efficient manner.
  • To be responsible for the registration and qualification of applicants.
  • Ensure housing legislation is adhered to.
  • Provide an excellent standard of customer service.
