Robert Oulsnam and Company has been successfully selling and letting houses in Birmingham, the West Midlands and Worcestershire for over 40 years. We are a proudly independent estate agency who try to play an active role in our respective office communities. Our multi-award-winning team are determined to maintain their enviable reputation for customer service, and ensure we keep on delivering for our clients!

THE MANAGEMENT TEAM

Andrew Oulsnam - Director

The overall management of Oulsnams is led by Andrew, who is a second generation Oulsnam, after his father founded the company in 1971. Andrew is still actively involved in the valuation of high-value properties, as well as advising clients on land acquisitions and larger developments.

Ian Williams – Director

Ian has been in the property industry for over 40 years, most of those at Oulsnams and is based in our busy Northfield office. Ian oversees much of the management of the individual sales offices as well as maintaining an involvement in the valuation of properties.

Alison Nock – Senior Manager

Alison joined Oulsnams in 1987 and has had various roles within the company, before her latest position as a Senior Manager. She also manages the Northfield office, as well as being involved with future-proofing for changing industry legislation.
 

OUR TEAM

Our team of sales and lettings professionals are undoubtably the most important part of the organisation; without them, we could not achieve the high standard of service that we provide. We have about 90 team members across the offices, ranging from trainees to the very experienced.

We take great care in choosing each member of our team, and we put a lot of resource into their ongoing training.  There is no substitute for the years of experience that many of our team provide, and we’re super proud that most of our team members have been with us many years; often over ten years and some over 25 years.

OUR SERVICES

Besides sales and lettings, we also offer independent conveyancing and mortgage advice services as well as expert advice on planning and land acquisition. Robert Oulsnam also has a dedicated block management team, based in our Barnt Green offices.
