Our New ‘Report A Maintenance Fault’ System
Here at Robert Oulsnam & Company Lettings, we are always innovating to provide our customers the best service possible. We have a large portfolio of rental properties and as you can imagine, we do receive a lot of requests for maintenance from both our landlords and our tenants.
Whether, we get requests to fix boilers or change leaking taps, we need to ensure the work is done quickly, efficiently and to a high standard.
To ensure our customers are looked after, we’ve had to put systems in place so that faults are reported on time and that the repairs are carried out to everyone’s satisfaction.
We have a new ‘report a maintenance fault’ system on our website which allows tenants to easily report maintenance faults online and upload photographs. Once we receive the form back in the office, our team gets to work immediately.
Oulsnam Maintenance which runs alongside the lettings team will visit the property at a time convenient to the tenant and landlord if necessary. Repairs are carried out immediately pending any spare part requirements.
Our Property Managers work closely with the maintenance team to ensure that all work is carried out to a high standard and that the property is well maintained. Any quotes for work are provided digitally on a tablet and are therefore processed immediately giving a quick turnaround to our clients.
Both our landlords and tenants can thus be confident that their property is being looked after by qualified and experienced teams.
