I have used Robert Oulsnam (Hagley Road) twice now in 2014 to sell a house and again this year. Both times I dealt mainly with Ben and Becky and they were extremely helpful throughout the whole experience of selling our house, which was a difficult experience due the buyer dragging their feet at various stages of the sale. With Ben and Becky you do not get the feeling they are just chasing the sale and have genuine interest in achieving the best price possible. When we finally completed on the sale I was away on holiday, there were a couple of last minute glitches and Ben dealt with all these in my absence (not sure this would happen with an online estate agent)
Although I mainly dealt with Ben and Becky, all the staff at Hagley Road branch are knowledgeable, return phones calls promptly, chase up viewings and are able to offer great advice.
My overall impression was excellent from start to finish. I though the house was well marketed, there are a good amount of viewings and I was well informed about what was happening by plenty of phone calls. I was happy how quickly the house was sold and the price achieved.
