We're Winning Awards at Robert Oulsnam and Company!

We’ve recently been informed that we have won several ‘allAgents’ Awards for 2017!  We have won awards in the following categories: 

These are just some of the many awards that we are proud to have won so far, this year.

We would just like to say thank you to all of our customers for appreciating our work ethics and understanding that our customers come first always.  Regular chocolates and flowers that we receive in our offices are a kind gesture that we truly appreciate and are an indication that we are headed in the right direction.  The official awards are the icing on the cake. 

We are continuing to sell and rent properties that may have been ‘stuck’ on the market with other agents including the influx of online-only firms that are currently vying for new customers. 

A lot of our properties are still achieving over 100% of the asking price.  Looking at a selection of 22 sold properties in September 2017, we achieved an average sale price of 101.18% of the asking price for our customers. 

If you’ve never sold a property before, we’d encourage you to pick up the phone and call us.  We have a total of 12 offices in and around Birmingham and Worcestershire and are very local to the market.  Last month alone, we sold a total of 107 properties!

If you’re considering renting out your property, we can help you here too.  We’ve let a total of 37 properties to date this October.  Last week was especially busy when we rented 25 properties!
