All clients of Robert Oulsnam & Company are asked to complete a customer service questionnaire at the end of their transaction. These will include sellers, purchasers, tenants and landlords. The questionnaire then goes into some detail about the standard of service they have received from us.
In the last year of those that responded over 90% said they found our service good or excellent. One of the key parts of this company’s strategy is to provide high quality customer service and this survey is a way of monitoring it. The secret to any successful Estate Agent is quality customer service.
To encourage customers to reply, we hold a draw every six months with a prize of £150 to the winner amongst those who have responded.
