Robert Oulsnam and Company was established on 1st January 1971 with one small office.
Over the last 46 years, we have grown substantially and now have 11 sales offices and 1 letting
office which serves the 11 sales offices.
The company covers South Birmingham and Worcestershire. With around 100 staff including consultants,
we are well placed to best serve our customers. We specialise in residential property,
whether it’s buying or selling, letting or renting together with block management, surveying and
valuing, conveyancing services, mortgage services and property maintenance.
Our two Directors are both Chartered Surveyors and the company is regulated by the RICS. Many
of our staff also have professional qualifications.
Since its inception, the company has chosen to make quality of service the foundation on which it
is built. Strongly coupled to this are the interests of our customers which must always come before
the interests of the company and this is what sets us apart from many of the other Estate Agents in
Estate Agency is a people business; people sell and let homes and we always keep this at the
forefront of our mind during our daily routines. We have, as our policy, retained all the values of a
traditional estate agency whilst at the same time embracing the latest technologies so the customer
experience is the best it can be.
