Stirchley Housing Market Trends

Our Oulsnams Stirchley sales office has continued to watch house prices in the Stirchley area increase in line with the development of the local area.  As more money is invested into the local economy with the opening of new shops and eateries that match the more independent feel of its Kings Heath and Moseley neighbours, it has naturally become a more attractive area to live.  This is particularly true for first time buyers, who are currently benefitting from a buoyant status of mortgage approvals.

Stirchley remains cheaper than nearby Selly Park, Kings Heath and Bournville, but benefits from the same nearby amenities.  So, with house prices up 4% from last year, and an impressive 20% from 2016, we believe that with an average asking price of £189k, Stirchley remains a very attractive location for potential buyers.
