We’ve made it to the first check point of the year. February half term is finally upon us where some of us will receive a much needed break. The mornings are getting lighter by the day which makes it slightly easier to get up early. The cold wintery months are slowly drifting away from us getting us excited to break into the warmer weather, finally.

In Bournville, there are some great things to do to relax and enjoy time with family and friends. Continue reading to hear our top pick of activities to see you through the half term week. There should be something for everyone:

Bournville Park

If the rain stays at bay, why not head to Bournville Park for some fresh air with the family. There are wide amounts of green open space to take a stress free stroll and enjoy nature. The playground on the park will certainly keep the children entertained for a while.

Cadbury’s World

Bournville is lucky to be home to Cadbury World! On the site of the original ‘Factory in a Garden’ where Richard and George Cadbury moved the business to, there is something for everyone to see and do at this wonderful world. They have upcoming events including a dining experience with the Cadbury characters for this half term.

Rowheath Pavilion

Rowheath Café is expanding into its terrace room to accommodate for half term week. You will be able to catch up over a coffee and a cake whilst your children play with the selection of toys in the terrace room. There will also be some colouring and craft activities for them to enjoy.
