Delivering Consistently Excellent Customer Service

It’s one of those terribly repeated phrases within any company, that customer service is at the heart of all its actions.  It’s very similar to the phrase “I’m a self-motivated team player who can also use initiative to get a task done” that appears in CV profile section.  It’s something you say, because you’re expected to say it.

However, we like to think that our customer words and feedback say an awful lot more than if we were simply telling you that we genuinely do mean the things we say about the Oulsnam customer service!

5-star Google review! In fact, we’re at 4.8 out of 5 on Google out of a total of 24 reviews, which we’re pretty chuffed with.  We’ll get the 0.2 this year!

Evidently, 2018 was a great year for our Stirchley branch in terms of delivering brilliant customer service. We’re gearing up to make sure that 2019 brings more of the same.  With our super focused sales team, led by branch manager Tim Robinson we know we’re going to achieve it!
