We are Delighted to win 5 Customer Experience Awards!

Robert Oulsnam Droitwich sales branch is celebrating a quintruple victory as the results of the 2019 allAgents awards are announced!  The sales team, led by branch manager Trina Thompson have all been recognised for their awesome dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.

The allAgents awards are entirely free, and all estate agents in the allAgents directory are automatically entered.  This means that the sole criteria for these awards is the feedback that clients have left for each sales or lettings branch.

Our Oulsnam Droitwich sales branch team is absolutely jumping for joy, as we have scooped several awards for customer service for our individual team members as well as our overall branch achievements this year.

Two of our sales negotiators achieved gold and bronze for delivering outstanding customer experience – well done Laurie and Gill!

But we weren’t prepared to stop at that!  Our Droitwich sales team have a combined victory to celebrate, as we were declared the Best Estate in Droitwich, as well winning the gold award for being the best sales estate agent branch in the WR9 postcode.  AllAgents customer feedback also awarded us the silver position for the Best Estate Agent in Worcestershire!

We are absolutely delighted that we have kept our title as the best Sales Branch, having won the same award in 2018.
