•    Grosvenor House, 1 Market Street Bromsgrove - This Prior Notice Development seeks the change of use of the second-floor office into C3 residential flats. The Proposal will provide 6no. self-contained units, consisting of 5no. 1 bed flats, and 1no. 2bed flat. All habitable rooms will have windows to achieve adequate natural light levels.
