Welcome Colette!

Our Oulsnams Lettings team has added another member to its team.  Colette Payton started with the crew at the beginning of April as a Property Manager.  She’s bringing a wealth of experience in the property industry with her, as Colette previously worked for Nicol & Co Estate Agents.

One of the main aspects of the Property Manager role, is taking the pressure off of landlords. Having a managed rental property means that maintenance and any tenant issues are handled by a dedicated team.  Because of the variety of homes that we manage at the Oulsnam Lettings branch, Colette says that every day holds something new to get stuck into!

Outside of work, you’ll find Colette running or travelling to new places.  Or…. Getting stuck into a good John Hughes film.  (I had to Google him – the director of classic 80’s films like “Sixteen Candles," "The Breakfast Club" and "Ferris Bueller's Day Off,"

If Colette could live anywhere, she’d pick a swanky apartment in Manhattan, New York.  If it was in England, then a white Georgian house somewhere semi-rural.  And if she had to pick a region that Oulsnams lets houses in – she’d go for Droitwich.  Because it’s a quiet family friendly town, but with easy links to the motorway for commuting
