Oulsnams Letting Team Expands in Line With Regional and National Rental Growth

It's a well known fact that the rental and lettings market are expanding as more and more people actively choose renting over home purchasing. This means that our busy lettings department based in Barnt Green is expanding its team again! We welcome Jessica Macpherson to our Property Management team.
Having previously worked in our sales branches in a Summer role since 2017, she's now settling into the other side of our business. Jessica has worked in variety of our 12 locations, including South Birmingham and Worcestershire, so we know she'll be able to deal with enquiries across our entire rental portfolio. As a Property Manager, Jess's job is to take the pressure off of landlords by managing the maintenance and general housing issues on their behalf. So why chose lettings? She says its because of the super fast pace of the work, and that she gets to deal with a variety of property across a large region.
Jess has just spent 6 months travelling around Australia and South East Asia, so it's perhaps no suprise that her dream house would be a beachside villa on Bondi Beach! And who would she invite to a dream dinner party there? Freddie Mercury, Elton John and Lizzo would make the line up, so it will definitely be a good party night!
Asked to chose one popular rental area that Oulsnam manages, she says its Rubery, because of local amenities such as the cinema at Great Park and the Longbridge regeneration project. Plus, it has great proximity to transport networks giving access to Birmingham city centre and further afield.
