Oulsnams Bromsgrove Gets International Transfer

Our Bromsgrove branch is attracting international talent with its latest team member.  Patrick Garland joins the team as a Sales Negotiator, having previously worked for JLL in Ireland which is an international property management and investment company.

Patrick has chosen to work for our Bromsgrove sales branch because he likes the friendly vibe both in the town and the office.  We caught up with him to find out a little more about our latest recruit!

What is your favourite thing about working in the property industry? 

I love meeting so many new people, where each new contact is a chance to provide them with the best customer service possible.

What does your role as a Sales Negotiator for Oulsnams entail?

My job is to help make the process of either selling or purchasing a property as smooth a transition as possible. 

If you could live anywhere, where would it be?

I’d love a detached country house with plenty of traditional character.  And an AGA!

What is your main hobby outside of work? 

I enjoy playing golf and going for a run.  The two are not necessarily mutually exclusive…. 

Why should people get excited about living in Bromsgrove?

Without trying to sound too salesy, I think Bromsgrove is a great place to live because it’s a historic town and therefore really attractive.  It also has excellent transport links and offers a wide range of amenities, which helps!
