Tim Jewkes Takes the Helm at Bromsgrove

Oulsnam Bromsgrove has appointed a new branch manager to lead its busy sales office.

We welcome Tim Jewkes to the role, and look forward to him sharing his experience of working with various corporate estate agencies with our independent estate agency.

Having most recently come from Butters John Bee as a Branch Manager, Tim says he was keen to work at the Bromsgrove office, as it is a fantastic area to work in, with a great mix of clients and housing.

Outside of work, Tim is a massive sports fan, but his main loves are rugby and Formula 1.  This might explain why two of his dream dinner guests would be Johnny Wilkinson and Lewis Hamilton!

Tim is very enthusiastic about Bromsgrove because it is a beautiful area with a lovely town centre and lots of amenities including the gorgeous Sanders park.  There are lovely areas of countryside to explore in the outer villages that the Oulsnams Bromsgrove branch covers, as well as lots of good primary and secondary schools for any children.  It offers fantastic transport links with brilliant access to both the M42 and M5 Motorways.

However, if he was going to pick his dream house, is would be a villa on the south coast of Cyprus as he has lots of happy holiday memories there.

As branch manager, Tim has an awful lot of responsibilities and roles to fulfil.  In particular, it is down to Tim to ensure that every aspect of the team’s client house move goes to plan.  This means from day one of appraising the property, all the way through to the day they move in, and everything in-between!  However, he says that the best thing for him has to be seeing happy clients getting the keys to their new homes!

To minimise risk to clients and our staff we will carry out viewings under strict Covid-19 rules.

Priority will be given to buyers who are proceedable and who provide copies of their ID and proof of funds

Non proceedable buyers may be allowed to view if we are confident of their ability to proceed and the client agrees, some clients may only want priority viewers
