Returning Local Explorer Joins Barnt Green Lettings Team

Our lettings department has a super busy team of valuers, negotiators and property managers.  Because we’ve experienced some really strong growth over the last few months, we’ve recruited for a new property manager to join the crew!

Annabelle Scott is out latest recruit; she’s joining us having returned from an epic time travelling around South-East Asia.  We’re pretty sure the ability to travel independently and negotiate the intricacies of a completely different lifestyle will mean she can easily adapt to all the different situations she’s likely to come across as a property manager.

The main impact of Annabelle’s role is to facilitate smooth negotiations between landlords and tenants.  This could be when dealing with either maintenance issues or deposit returns. We asked Annabelle what her favourite thing is about working in the property industry;

“It’s a challenge!  But I love the chance to creatively problem solve with helping my clients being the end goal.”

Perhaps unsurprisingly, even though she’s a local girl, Annabelle’s heart still belongs to the places she went travelling.  Her dream house would be a little beach hut in Bali, Indonesia! But, if she was picking one of the areas that our lettings department manages houses, where would that be?

“Definitely Kings Heath.  It’s really popular and it’s very good value for money per month from a renting perspective.”
