Our Valuation Team Grows to Fulfil Demand!

Our Oulsnams Lettings office has had an influx of new starters recently.  This is largely down to the growth of the department and the increase of managed properties on our books.

Lorraine Slater has joined the team as a Negotiator / Valuer; her main role will be to keep a steady flow of new instructions listed in order to fulfil the demand!  Having previously worked at John Shepherd lettings, we knew she would be an awesome addition to the team with her years of lettings specific experience.  

One of the key benefits of a lettings negotiator to our Oulsnam clients is to match the perfect tenant to their ideal property by finding the right home for their requirements.  This means that the process is as stress-free as possible for everyone involved, which is something Lorraine really enjoys successfully doing.  Another aspect of working in the lettings department that Lorraine enjoys is that she gets to meet different people from all walks of life.  Plus, she gets to see inside a huge variety of types of homes!

Outside of the office, you're likely to find Lorraine crafting beautiful resin and real flower jewellery.  Or, if she could host her dream dinner party from her dream house - chilling out with a glass of wine on a river front cottage in Dartmouth with Jason Statham and Jon Bon Jovi!

Lorraine is really enjoying working in Barnt Green as it is a lovely village in beautiful rural surroundings.  Despite this, you're still close enough to Birmingham to access the bustle of the city if you want to.
