We Welcome Lauren Bell to our Team!

Our fantastic Mosley team has recently welcomed Lauren Bell onboard, as a Sales Negotiator.  Robert Oulsnam Moseley is a busy, town centre sales office that sells everything from character terraced houses to large detached properties.  We wanted to find out a bit more about our latest recruits previous property industry experience, and what she's into outside of the office!

Why did you want to join the Moseley sales branch?

I have friends living in Moseley, and I don’t live very far away myself.  It is an exciting and vibrant area which makes it a fun place to work.

Where did you work before Oulsnams?

I previously worked at Hadleigh Estate Agents in Harborne. I was there for 14 months as a Sales Negotiator.  My role there was very similar to my role at Oulsnams – doing viewings, booking appointments, negotiating sales, contract chasing, and providing feedback for vendors.

What is your main hobby outside of work?

I absolutely love traveling and have visited 20 countries so far!  Nature destinations are my personal favourite!

If you could invite three people (dead or alive) to dinner, who would they be and why?

I am interested in my ancestry, so I would invite three of my long-dead ancestors to see what they were like.

What and where is your dream house?

My dream house is a traditional Victorian character property nestled on the edge of a tiny village in Warwickshire with a view to the countryside.

What is your favourite thing about working in the property industry?

I love the feeling of helping someone achieve their dream home. There is something so special about knowing you had a hand in such a big change in someone’s life.

What key benefit does your job role do for Oulsnam clients?

As a sales negotiator, I am there for a vendor from the day a property comes on the market. I endeavour to be an expert on their home, and to show viewers what makes it special. I am an advocate for both the buyer and the seller throughout the process, working to make everything go smoothly and quickly.

Why should people get excited about living in Moseley?

Moseley is very close to Birmingham City Centre, making it ideal for commuters, but it has a village feeling. It is truly the best of both worlds, and there is always something going on—from weekend markets to alternative music performances. It has a unique vibe, and is a great place to live and raise a family.
