New Recruit for Oulsnam Lettings Team

Welcome on Board Charlotte!
Charlotte Hill joins the Robert Oulsnam Lettings team! Our latest recruit has recently joined the Barnt Green based team as a Lettings Negotiator. Having spent 5 years in the fast-paced customer service focused world of McDonalds, we know that she will be an excellent addition to our awesome team!
Charlotte says that she was looking for a change of career where she could bring her customer service skills along, but where she could really develop a deeper business understanding in her role. So far, she is really enjoying helping people moving into properties, where they are going to make a house their home. The main benefit to Oulsnam clients from a Lettings Negotiator perspective is making the entire home moving process as stress free as possible, as it’s Charlotte’s job to deal with the communications between the tenant and the landlord as well as arranging for any works to be done prior to them moving in. Asked what the best thing about living in and around Birmingham is, Charlotte says it is the easy access to lots of different things to do, the great transport links to different cities as well as the vibrant and varied multicultural vibe.
Outside of work, Charlotte loves nothing more than exploring new places, both home and abroad, as well as seeking out new adventures and different cultures. With wanderlust in her soul, perhaps it’s no surprise she can’t choose between a sun-soaked villa or a countryside lodge complete with outdoor hot tub for her dream property!
