We Welcome Melissa Jeynes

Oulsnam’s Lettings Department has had a super successful 2018.  2019 looks set to build on the achievements of last year, as our strong team deals with new lettings legislation including the tenant fee ban.

With over managed 800 properties on our books, we welcome Melissa Jeynes to the lettings team in the role of Senior Property Manager.

Melissa joined us from Ludlow Thompson, an independent sales and letting agency in London.  Coming from such a busy location should mean she is perfectly placed to deal with the variety of queries and property management requirements that our landlords and tenants have.

One of the main reasons Melissa enjoys property management is that every day is different.  Sometimes you’re dealing with a burst pipe and others you’re sorting out tenant inspections or organising contractors.  

Outside of the office, you’re likely to find Melissa showing off her practical skills tinkering with cars or visiting car shows with her partner and step daughter.  She’s also pretty keen on adventurous days out which means we’ve got her name down for the next charity mud run we’ll be doing!
