Our Northfield sales office is one of the busiest, as it has a central location for the thriving Birmingham property market.
We recently took on a new Senior Sales Negotiator, Jake Green. We caught up with him to get the lo-down on why he wanted to be part of Oulsnam Estate agents.
Why did you want to join Oulsnams, and the Northfield branch in particular?
I was attracted by the success level of the branch initially; after looking on the website and property portals I knew I wanted to be in a branch as busy as Northfield.
Where did you work previously?
I previously worked in Fine & Country, Worcestershire as an Associate and Valuer. My role meant I was travelling all over Worcestershire and into Hereford putting top quartile properties on the market and then selling them!
If you could invite three people (dead or alive) to dinner, who would they be and why?
Well, I'm super passionate about motorbikes and racing, so there would be a bit of a theme!
Ayrton Senna - he's a motorsport idol and I'd love to discuss his racing past;
Marc Marquez - so I can discuss motorbikes and racing;
Terry Crews - I think he would be a good laugh.
What and where is your dream house?
My dream house would be a self-built barn in and around Hanbury
What is your favourite thing about working in the property industry?
I love the fact that no day is really the same. I get to meet new people, and in particular I find it really satisfying helping first time buyers get onto the property ladder.
What key benefit does your job role do for Oulsnam clients?
Well, I hope that I make their move easier and provide a smooth professional transition from their current property to a new one.
Why should people get excited about living in Northfield?
People should get excited as living in and around Northfield provides excellent work opportunities in the city. There's also super ease of travel to other areas of the Midlands as we have excellent motorway networks.
