An Interview with Ryan Pell - Branch Manager
Barnt Green is the location for both our Head Office, Lettings Branch, and of course, the Barnt Green sales branch. We've recently recruited a new branch manager for our Barnt Green sales office, so, we thought we'd find out a little more about our latest recruit - Ryan Pell!
When did you join Robert Oulsnam and Company?
I joined Robert Oulsnam and company on 23rd April 2019
Why did you want to join the specific branch you have?
I was keen to join the Barnt Green office as I felt it was the right office for me to take the next step in my career and help drive the business forward.
Where did you work prior to this?
I worked for Connells Estate Agents previously to joining Robert Oulsnam and Company and spent five years there. I started out in Lettings and swiftly moved over to working in sales. After three months in sales, I became the valuer which entailed booking and attending valuations, compiling property and driving the sales negotiators to ensure sale targets were met whilst also keeping in close contact with current vendors.
What is your main hobby outside of work?
I’m a keen footballer outside of work - both watching and playing.
What and where is your dream house?
My dream house would be somewhere hot maybe looking over the Mediterranean, but I’ll have to sell a few more houses for that to happen!
What is your favourite thing about working in the property industry?
My favourite thing about working in the property industry is that every day is different. I really enjoy getting to interact with people from all walks of life.
What key benefit does your job role do for Oulsnam clients
My job role allows me to ensure that the customer service we offer clients is exceptional.
Why should people get excited about living in or around Barnt Green?
Barnt Green is a very sought-after location with a lovely village feel to it. It's also only a stones throw away from Bromsgrove and other villages and, as a bonus, there are many famous people who also live within close proximity!
