CAMRA Names 69 Pubs in the Black Country in New Guide

The Black Country is a Great Place to Enjoy Real Ale!
Every year CAMRA (The campaign for Real Ale) put together a book called the Good Beer Guide. An amazing 69 pubs from the West Midlands region have been included in 2020 guide!
The guide is created by it’s local CAMRA members who make regular visits to local pubs to assess the quality of the real ales available, the customer service, atmosphere and the quality of the establishment.
CAMRA believe the guide has a vital role in saving local pubs from closure and enables people to better support pubs and brewers and their clients. We've really enjoyed the continuing growth of independent eateries and pubs in Bearwood, lots of which showcased at this year's street festival.
Out of the 69 pubs in the area, Dudley has the most pubs included in the guide with 25 including Jolly Crispin and The Garrison which has a Peaky Blinders theme.
Sandwell had 14 pubs included with The Royal Oak in West Bromwich and The Royal Oak in Wednesbury performing the best.
The 2020 Good Beer Guide is available now here.
