Buyers could see more homes for sale this Summer

Good news is on the way! The housing market has been incredibly busy this year, with the demands of people wanting to move house there has not been enough homes for sale to keep up. This has then led to house prices hitting an all-time high!

Right Move have reported that they are seeing more properties coming onto the market, therefore this will take the pressure off the housing market. 
They compared this time last year and they have seen 14% more properties listed for sale, along with the highest amount of valuation requests since May 2021.
