Annual Festival Dates Announced

Bournville is a really popular place to live, and for good reason.  The area has a real community feel to it, with residents getting involved in local events.  For a place that's got excellent links to nearby Birmingham, you'd be suprised at English countryside Bournville feels.

One of the events you absolutely must attend this year, is the annual Bournville Village Festival.  Put the 29th June in your diary for the 2019 event.

The festival has been run annually since 1903 and attracts between 4000-6000 visitors each year.  It is a non-profit event with any leftover money being pooled back into the funds for the following year's festival to keep on improving it year on year.

You can expect to see some fantastic attractions including craft stalls, a traditional Maypole, Arena Acts, side stalls and to top it  off - a fireworks display!

The 2019 event is being held on 29th June from 1.30pm until 11pm at Cadburys Mens Recreation Ground on Linden Road.

See you there!
