Here at Oulsnam, we would like to extend our thanks to our clients who have continued to support us throughout what was turned out to be an extremely tough year. After the initial lockdown and it’ impact on the industry, we’re proud to be open and conducting a #business as usual’ protocol.
Understandably, we are taking extra precautions and following government guidelines with how to keep our clients and staff safe during these unprecedented times. This means that any appointments that can be undertaken in a virtual manner should be, including viewings, meetings and discussions. However, we also understand that when renting a property, this isn’t always possible, so we are still undertaking in person viewings and valuations in certain circumstances. When conducted, these face-to-face appointments must take place with social distancing guidelines, face coverings and no more than two households are to be involved.
We understand that these protocols can be inconvenient at times, so to show our appreciation we are extending our Black Friday offer to run from November 16th up until December 4th. Within this time, any landlords who instruct will get a half price set up fee! This is a great opportunity for those of you who have been waiting for the opportunity to become a landlord or expand your property portfolio.
