We're Delighted to Have Won Customer Service and Best Branch Awards!

It’s always nice to look back at the year and spend some time reflecting on your successes, as well as focusing on what improvement points you plan to make for the year ahead.

Our Robert Oulsnam teams across all 11 sales branches as well as the lettings and property management department have had a busy and successful year helping hundreds of people move into their new homes.

It’s easy for us to say that we have an awesome bunch of committed and excellent employees across the company, of course we’re biased!  However, it’s a bit easier to say this when we’re backed up by the awards that we’ve won, which have been voted for by the customers we’ve helped throughout 2019.

We also know that recognition for hard work and effort in getting sales and lets agreed, dealing with short and long chains, completing all the associated admin and paperwork and keeping everyone happy along the way is important.
