Property market 'will never be better than today'

Now is the perfect time for Brits to consider buying a property and
moving home, according to one expert.
Chief executive at Assetz Stuart Law explained that estates agents
are feeling far more positive than they have done in previous
months because they are making more sales.
This is because house prices are "firming up" and rising, which
means that opportunities in the housing market are the best they
have been for a while, he continued.
Mr Law also believes that the decline in rental prices is unlikely
to continue for much longer.
He added: "Without a shadow of a doubt prices are rising. It is
never going to be any better than today."
At the beginning of June, Hometrack reported that the average
property cost £155,600 in May. This is the first time in 20
months that there has not been a month-on-month fall.
