"Good bargains" to be had in rental sector

There are a number of excellent bargains currently available in the
rental sector, if the remarks of one property expert are to be
believed.
Nicholas Leeming, director of propertyfinder.com, which was
established in 1995, said that rental prices have been recovering
in recent months.
His comments follow the publication of statistics from
FindaProperty.com, which revealed that the number of properties
available to rent fell by 6.2 per cent in September.
"It is encouraging that properties are being snapped up so quickly,
but not surprising given the imbalance between supply and demand,"
stated Mr Leeming.
He went on to speak about the pent-up demand for homes, which he
claimed have returned to levels of affordability not seen since
2000 in some parts of the country.
In related news, Primelocation.com recently reported that prime
London property asking prices experienced their tenth successive
monthly increase in August, rising by 1.42 per cent.
