The Survey Department of Robert Oulsnam and Company has been established over 20 years and specialises in the survey and valuation of residential property in the West Midlands, Warwickshire and Worcestershire areas.

Surveys and Valuations are carried out mostly by our Consultant Surveyor, Ian R Matthews, FRICS, Chartered Survey who has approximately 35 years post qualification experience.  Some surveys and valuations are also carried out by Ian A Williams, MRICS, Chartered Surveyor who has over 20 years post qualification experience and is the resident Partner overseeing the Survey Department.

The day to day running of the department is provided by Julie Kendall who has over 18 years experience in the property industry.

The department acts for a wide variety of clients both large and small and quality of service is guaranteed to each and every client.

The department acts for many leading Banks and Building Societies, many leading property developers, many firms of Solicitors both large and small and of course we regularly act for the public in the survey and valuation of residential property.
