Our Residential Lettings department covers property across Birmingham and Worcestershire. All of the properties available for letting are promoted throughout our network of offices. Our professional lettings staff are in constant touch with the other offices to ensure that the properties have full coverage throughout the Birmingham and Worcestershire area.
The Company is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Association of Residential lettings Agents (ARLA), which provides a framework of ethical and professional standards much higher then law demands.
Robert Oulsnam and Company are also members of the National Approved Lettings Scheme (NALS) whose agents operate to minimum service standards. To be eligible for membership they are required to have client money protection and professional indemnity insurances to safeguard both landlords and tenants money. All properties are administered through a computer system Eurolink, which monitors the property, tenant and landlords for the entirety of the let. In addition to traditional methods of payment, BACS transfer is available.
This means payments can be taken direct from the tenants bank account and paid into those of the landlords. Funds are cleared on the day after receipt and the landlord gets his money with minimum delay. We also have credit/debit card facilities on the premises so making it easy for tenants to pay the substantial initial payments.
There is a range of management facilities available which can be tailored to suite your needs, maintenance can be managed for you and quarterly inspections carried out.
