We are proud to be members of the Ombudsman Services: Property, set up to sort out complaints about Chartered Surveying firms, surveyors, estate agents, residential managing agents and other property professionals from consumers using their services. Originally set up to handle complaints about members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and until April 2010 the scheme was called the Surveyors Ombudsman Service. The Ombudsman Services: Property is approved by the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) as an estate agent redress scheme. The Ombudsman Services: Property is free and independent to use. It considers complaints fairly and listens to both sides and look at the facts.
